Congress Committee President of Telangana, A. Revanth Reddy launched Haath Se Haath Jodo padayatra in Telangana. The President of Congress wants to take Rahul Gandhi’s message of the Bharat Jodo Yatra to the common people. The Hath jodo yatra is also aimed at highlighting the failures of the Central and state governments in Telangana. Congress Chief launched the Yatra in the Mulugu district. The leader offered prayers to tribal deities Sammakka and Saralamma. Telangana Congress Chief along with MLA Seethakka and thousands of congress workers participated in the Yatra for six kilometers on the first day. While Addressing the Hath Se Hath Jodo Yatra, Telangana Congress Chief said he would work in the spirit of tribal warriors Sammakka and Saralamma. Congress will work to fight and end autocratic and feudal rule in Telangana. The PCC Chief is also a Member of Parliament and claimed that the first day of the Hath Se hath jodo yatra was a huge success. PCC Chief promised that he will continue to take the message of Rahul Gandhi to every nook and corner of Telangana.

The route of Yatra has been designed to cover more than 5 dozen Assembly constituencies in Telangana. Uttam Kumar Reddy, A Member of Parliament, and some other top Congress leaders also launched padayatra in their respective constituencies.

The Congress workers raised slogans against Narendra Modi and Adani. Congress alleged that the government at the Centre is trying to shield Adani. The Telangana Congress Chief alleged that the Central government is protecting his best friend. Congress staged a protest against the Central government refusal to allow a debate in Parliament or to constitute Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) to probe the scam.
